He is a speaker on relational management at events and conferences and has had numerous articles published on personal development and self-esteem in journals and sector magazines such as Children & Young People Now. Oginsky has sat on a number of advisory boards for local and national government initiatives and continues to advise the Conservative Party on the development of a National Citizens Service. This programme aims to provide every 16-year-old with access to a six-week personal development programme.
He is a vice-patron of Tomorrow’s People in Merseyside.
He was an Advisor to the QCA on the Alternative Curriculum. He has a postgraduate certificate in the Supervision of Professional Youth Workers.
Paul was recognised as having made a pioneering contribution to the nation by the Queen and was short-listed for the Jerwood Award. Paul is an alumnus of Operation Raleigh, now Raleigh International.
