Organized Schulze Baking Company, 1893, and president same 28 years, company becoming one of largest of the kind in the United States. Sold out, 1921; acquired business of F. Westerman Company, operating as the Quaker Biscuit Works and the McMahon Biscuit Company, cracker and biscuit business, and incorporated same, 1924, as Paul Schulze Biscuit Company.
The Paul Schulze Biscuit Company and the Burch Biscuit Company, Des Moines, combined, 1939, and built a new plant In Chicago, now running under the name of Schulze & Burch Biscuit Company, of which he is Chairman of the Board of directors Trustee Concordia Teachers College, River Forest, Illinois.
