Worked at Tsar & Tsai Law Firm (Taipei) specializing in General Practice. Foreign Investment, Trade and Arbitration, Litigation, Contract, Corporation, Taxation, Banking, Insurance, Securities, Trademark, Patent and Copyright Law. Admitted to the bar, 1965, Taiwan.
Responsible for the draft of the Statute for Encouragement of Investment, 1960 as amended and the Chattel Secured Transactions Acting of 1965, The Republic of China.
Associate Professor of Law, Soochow University Law School, 1957-1959. 1961-1963. Research Professor, China Cultural Institute, 1964.
