Lawyer and Master of Science in Constitutional Law from University of São Paulo, he was also Municipal Secretary of Habitation and Human Development (2001–2004). State Deputy twice (1994-1995 / 1998-2000). City Councilman in São Paulo Paulo (2004–2007).
