From 1942 exec work on sovkhozes and with Uzbek Minister of Agriculture From 1954 head, Agric Department, Samarkand Oblast Committee, Communist Party Uzbekistan 1956-1961 first deputy chairman, Bukhara Oblast Executive Committee.
1962-1967 second secretary, Bukhara Oblast Committee, Communist Party Uzbekistan Deputy, Uzbek Supreme Soviet of 1959, 1963 and 1967 convocations. 1966 deleg at 22nd Communist Party of the Soviet Union Congress.
