Joined League for the Liberation of the Working Class in Saint St. Petersburg. Member, Nizhniy Novgorod, Sevemyy, Tver’ and Moscow Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee. Several times arrested.
1905 exec Party organizer for Blagushe-Lefortov Rayon in Moscow. Attented Tammerfors Party Conference. 1907 dcleg at 5ih Party Congress.
1917 member Petrograd Soviet. Delegation at 6th Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Congress. Petrograd Executive Committee plcn on Rumanian Front.
Elected Bolshevik deputy, Constituent Assembly. During 1917 October Revol member, Moscow Military Revol Committee. Helped lead 1917 October Revol in Moscow.
Late 1917 chairman, Moscow Soviet of Soldiers’ Deputy. Presidium member, Moscow City Soviet of Workers’ Deputy. 1918 underground work in Ukraine.
1919 secretary, Ufa Province Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee. Helped found Bashkir Republic. 1921-1922 Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic plenipotentiary in Lith and Czechoslovakia.
From 1923 various exec admin posts. From 1929 rector, Moscow Higher Technical College. Then All-Russian Supreme Economic Council plenipotentiary in Berlin.
1934-1937 director, Higher Academy Courses, People's Commissariat of Heavy Indiana. Arrested by State Security organs.
Religion
Religion in its origin doesn't give equal treatment to women and thus offends basic human rights.

Communist party could initiate policies in the name of the society because it knows what the best is for its progress and development.
