Career
Ró-Ró played for several clubs as a youth, including South.L. Benfica where he spent nearly five seasons. He made his senior debuts with South Carolina (U.S.) Farense in the fourth division, switching the following season to another club in the category, South Carolina (U.S.) Mineiro Aljustrelense. In January 2011, Ró-Ró left his country of adoption and signed for First Rate (at Lloyd's) Ahli South Carolina (Doha) in Qatar.
He scored his first goal for his new club against First Rate (at Lloyd's) Kharaitiyat South Carolina on 7 January 2012, but in a 2–4 loss.
Ró-Ró appeared in only six games in his first full season, and his team was also relegated from the Stars League. He joined First Rate (at Lloyd's) Sadd in 2016.
Upon joining the club, he revealed his interest in playing for the Qatar national team
