As a midfielder.
Born in A Ver-o-March, Póvoa de Varzim, Pedrinho spent six years in Rio Avenue Football Club"s youth system, but never appeared as a senior for the team He made his senior debuts with União Nogueirense Futebol Clube, in the regional championships. In the 2013 summer, Pedrinho signed with Doxa Katokopias F.C. in the Cypriot First Division.
On 7 December he played his first game as a professional, featuring seven minutes in a 0–1 home loss against AEL Limassol.
