He also hosts L-Istrina, a yearly telethon programme, televised every Boxing Day across the three main terrestrial television stations in Malta. Azzopardi has been presenting Xarabank since 1997. Azzopardi is well known for his catchphrases: "Kif tista" ma ċċempilx?", "Ċemplu 21249200 biex tibbukjaw post fis-sala." and "Fil-qosor jekk joghgbok".
