Pyne, Percy Rivington Ii was born on June 23, 1882 in New York City. Son of Moses Taylor and Margaretta (Stockton) Pyne.

With Farmers Loan & Trust Company. New York City, 1904-1907, with Estate of Moses Taylor, 1907-1909. Founded firm of Pyne, Kendall & Hollister, 1909.

Retired, 1927; now executor and trustee. Formerly trustee or director many corporations, among them National City Bank, Delaware and Hudson Railroad Company, Empire Trust Company, Farmers Loan & Trust Company, Princeton Bank & Trust Company, etc.


Served as assistant director and business manager Council of National Defense and War Industries Board, 1917-1919. Now or formerly trustee Princeton University, St. Luke’s Hospital, Children’s Aid Society, Young Men’s Christian Association of New York City (chairman E. Side branch), Perkiomen School, Kipp’s Bay Boys. Member standing committee St. Paul’s School, N.H.
