Shakespeare Festival, Stratford, Connecticut; appeared for 4 years at Stratford (Ontario) Shakespeare Festival; appeared on Broadway as Winston Churchill in Soldiers, 1969; as Sir in The Dresser, Citadel Theatre, Edmonton, Alberta; films include Anne of a Thousand Days, Raid on Rommel, Red Sky at Morning, Doctor's Wives, The Wrath of God, Postman Always Rings Twice, Scorpio, Drum, Breaking Point, Battlestar Galactica, The Changeling, Phobia, Shadow Dancing, Nowhere to Hide; also appeared in numerous radio and TV shows including General Hospital
