Career

Entered flight training, Texas, 1989. Designated a naval aviator, 1991. Reported Marine Fighter/Attack Training Squadron 101 for F/A-18 training Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro, California.

Assigned to Marine All Weather Fighter/Attack Squadron 225. Attended a number of training courses. F/A-18 project officer, test pilot Naval Strike Aircraft Test Squadron, VX-23, 1997.

Pilot National Aeronautics and Space Administration, since 2000. Lead astronaut support personnel for Shuttle Missions STS-107 and STS-121. Worked Shuttle Landing and Rollout.

Served on the Columbia Reconstruction Team Kennedy Space Center. With the Exploration Branch in support of the selection of the Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle. National Aeronautics and Space Administration director operations Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center, Star City, Russia.
