In 1936 she won the silver medal as a member of the Czechoslovak gymnastics team Twelve years later she won the gold medal as a member of the Czechoslovak gymnastics team She also competed at the 1938 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships where she won the Silver in both the All-Around and Floor Exercise.
