Weronika Rosati was born in Warsaw, as a daughter of Polish-Italian father Dariusz Rosati (birth name Gaetano Dario Rosati), a professor of economics and former member of the European Parliament, and his wife Teresa, a fashion designer.

In 2003 Rosati started Actors studies at the National Film School in Łódź, but she had never finished them.
Weronika Rosati spent her childhood in the United States and Switzerland. Rosati and her family came back to Poland in 1990. Also, she was studying at the January Machulski Private Drama School in Warsaw, Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theatres in Los Angeles and Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City.
As an actress, Weronika Rosati debuted in the Polish Television series Klasa na obcasach in 2000.
Then she performed in many other Polish soap operas, including: M jak miłość, Samo Życie, Pitbull and Majka. The last one was based on the Venezuelan television series Juana la virgen.
In 2012 she appeared as Naomi in the United States television series Luck. She was in relationships with Polish journalist Max Kolonko, Polish rapper Tede and Polish film director Andrzej Żuławski.
Esther, one of the characters in Zulawski"s book Nocnik, was allegedly based on Rosati.
Since 2013 Rosati was in a relationship with Polish actor Piotr Adamczyk. They broke up in May 2015.
