William Jeremiah Tuttle was an American freestyle swimmer and water polo player who represented the United States at the 1904 Summer Olympics in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Career
He was born in Chicago, Illinois, and died in Los Angeles, California.

In the 1904 Olympics, he won a silver medals as a member of the United States. 4x50-yard freestyle relay team and as a member of Chicago Athletic Association water polo team
