Career
On 28 August 2011, Đurđević made his senior debut with Rad in a 1–2 loss against Sloboda Užice. After scoring nine league goals in 23 appearances during the 2012-2013 season, Đurđević attracted interest from Partizan and Anderlecht. In the 2014 winter transfer window, Đurđević moved to Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem.
On 14 August 2015, it was announced that his contract had been dissolved by Vitesse after Đurđević had lost any prospect of playing time.
Four days later, he signed for Serie A club Palermo. Đurđević represented Serbia at the 2012 Union of European Football Associations Under-19 Championship.
On 6 June 2013, Đurđević scored two goals against Slovakia in the elite qualifying round for the 2013 Union of European Football Associations Under-19 Championship.
