Reznik competed at the 2010 Winter Olympics for Russia. Her best overall finish came in the 500, where she placed 25th. As of 2013, Reznik"s best finish at the World Championships is 7th, on three occasions as part of the Russian 3000 metre relay team

Her best finish is a silver medal, at Heerenveen in 2006-2007. Her top World Cup ranking is 13th, in the 1500 metres in 2006-2007.
As of 2013, Reznik has two International Skating Union Short Track Speed Skating World Cup podium finishes, both of which came as a member of the Russian relay team
