Vladimir Nichiporovich was an officer of the Red Army, who served as commander of the 208th Mechanized Division, and organiser and commander of Soviet partisans in Klichaw region, in occupied Belarus 1941-1942.
Career
Arrested in Moscow, he died in prison there.
