Career
Artemiev played for the Russian team at the Under-16 Chess Olympiads of 2012 and 2013. At the Chess World Cup 2015 he knocked out Surya Shekhar Ganguly in round one to reach the second round, where he lost to Radoslaw Wojtaszek, thus exiting the competition.
