Lam was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, to a Dutch father and a Finnish mother. Arizona Alkmaar He started his senior career at Arizona Alkmaar in 2011. During years 2011-2014 he gained 6 caps in Eredivisie.

Zwolle In July 2014 Lam was transferred from Arizona to Pedernales Electric Cooperative Zwolle.

Lam has represented Finland in various junior national teams. Club Arizona Individual.
