He played fifteen games for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2002-2003, and three games for the New Orleans Hornets for the 2003-2004 season. Brown would spend the 2004-2005 National Basketball Association season with the Los Angeles Lakers, and played in most of their contests that year. He was named the Most Valuable Player of the National Basketball Association Development League in 2004.
His stint with the Raptors was short lived as he was cut on October 22, joining the National Basketball Association Development League"s Albuquerque Thunderbirds in January 2006.
He then switched to Europe, playing with Italy"s Basket Napoli, being waived in February 2007. He holds National Basketball Association career averages of 3.9 points, 1.2 rebounds, and two assists per game.
On November 7, 2008, Brown was selected with the 9th pick in the first round of the 2008 National Basketball Association Development League Draft by the Anaheim Arsenal. On February 27, 2015, Brown signed with Gaiteros del Zulia of Venezuela.
