Early career
Adams joined the Redbulls Academy in 2011. He played with the Red Bulls U-13, U-14 and U-16 sides. New York Red Bulls II
On March 19, 2015, Adams was signed to the New York Red Bulls World War II Adams made his debut for the club on April 4, 2015 in a 4–1 victory over Toronto Football Club II, the first victory in club history.
New York Red Bulls
On July 23, 2015, Adams made his debut with the New York Red Bulls first team featuring in a friendly match against Premier League champions Chelsea.
Adams signed his first senior team contract on November 3, 2015 after playing 808 minutes over 11 matches for Red Bulls II of the USL in 2015. On March 26, 2016, Adams was loaned back to Red Bulls II for their season opener.
Adams has represented the United States at the U15 and U17 level He appeared in all of the teams matches at the CONCACAF U-17 Championships in Honduras, helping the United States in qualifying to the 2015 Fédération internationale de football association U-17 World Cup.
