Career

During the Kosovo War, he was a commander in the Kosovo Liberation Army. After the war, he was appointed a commander of the Third Operational Zone of the Kosovo Protection Corps. During the Macedonian Conflict in 2001 he was the commander of the 116 Brigade of the National Lawyers Association . Sinani was born in Gri, near Bujan, Albania.

He was killed on 29 July 2001 during the conflict in Macedonia, and after the conflict buried in Prizren.
