Sharat Saxena was born in Jabalpur city of Madhya Pradesh, India.
He did his schooling from Street.Joseph"s Convent School,Bhopal. After doing Engineering B.E in Telcommunications Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College, he wanted to become an actor. So, in 1972, he came to Mumbai.
