He has appeared in many television programs, films and theater. He is the North American Narrator for the Teletubbies and is also known as the voice of George Stobbart in the Broken Sword series of adventure games. Looking for classical training, he auditioned for and was accepted to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London where he eventually joined the Omphalos Street Theatre Company as a performer and a director
Upon graduating Guildhall, he had an agent, a union card and offers of a television series, Dan Dare, the feature Little Lord Fauntleroy and a season with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Things seemed to be looking pretty good so he stayed in the United Kingdom. and stayed. He has worked in film, television and theatre including the British and/or European premieres of works by Neil Simon, Lanford Wilson, Donald Margulies and Miguel Pinero.
He also became George Stobbart in the Broken Sword series and the American narrator for the Teletubbies. He now divides his time between working in the States and the United Kingdom as an actor, director and coach.
Saxon has one son who recently graduated from Oxford.
