Roman Shaykhutdinov is a Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Information and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Graduated from the Kazan State University named after V.I.Ulyanov-Lenin major in “Jurisprudence” (1996), finished postgraduate study of the Legal faculty of the Kazan State University named after V.I.Ulyanov-Lenin major in “Jurisprudence” (2000).
