Career
Vasyanovs father was working as an photographer for the magazine The Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. At age 12 Vasyanov started to work with cameras. He later worked on more than 300 advertising spots for brands such as Philips, Puma, Budweiser, Dell or Pepsi. 2008 he was cinematographer for Valery Todorovskys cult film Stilyagi.
In 2012 he worked on David Ayer"s police thriller End of Watch, which earned him a nomination as Best cinematographer at the 28th Independent Spirit Awards.
Afterwards Vasyanov worked on the movies The Motel and The East. Vasyanow again teamed up with Ayer for the World World War II film Fury and the comic book adaptation of the Suicide Squadron
