Career
Lanzaat is a product of the AFC Ajax football academy. In early 2000, he moved to Germany to play for Borussia Mönchengladbach and in 2002 he was transferred to Alemannia Aachen. With that team, he reached the final of the DFB-Pokal in 2004.
In 2004, he was acquired by Turn- und Sportverein 1860 München.
His last team before moving to Bulgaria in the summer of 2007 was MSV Duisburg, for whom he played in the 2006-2007 season, he moved from MSV Duisburg to CSKA Sofia on a free transfer. Lanzaat was on trial with Aberdeen Football Club in the Scottish Premier League and he was close to joining Coventry City F.C. in the Coca Cola Championship after impressing on trial.
On 8 July 2009, he returned to Germany and signed a contract with Football Club Carl Zeiss Jena. On 24 June 2010, he resigned from Football Club Carl Zeiss Jena and left the club
