He played 16 matches for the Czechoslovakian Republic and scored six goals. Drulák played as a striker and in 1994-1995 and 1995-1996 seasons was a top goalscorer of Czechoslovakian Gambrinus liga scoring 15 and 22 goals respectively. Between December 1990 and June 1994, he had a spell abroad - playing his club football in Germany.
