Career

She served as the President of the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador from 1994 to 1997. Salguero Gross died from cardiac arrest at a hospital in Santa Ana, El Salvador, on 1 November 2015, at the age of 74. Her funeral was held at Iglesia Santa Lucía with burial in Santa Isabel cemetery, also located in Santa Ana.
