The other girl was Emanuela Orlandi, a citizen of Vatican City. According to one of many of Mehmet Ali Ağca"s accounts, the two girls" disappearances, and the disappearance of Soviet journalist, Oleg G. Bitov, from the Venice Film Festival on September 9 that same year, are closely linked.
In an official notice (November 20 of 1984), the Grey Wolves admitted to having both girls. Gregori left her house telling her mother she "had a date" with a former schoolmate.
She has not been seen since. His name was Raoul Bonarelli.
