Kevin Streelman is an American professional golfer who plays on the Professional Golf Association Tour.
Education
Born in Winfield, Illinois, Streelman graduated from Wheaton Warrenville South High School in 1997 and Duke University in 2001, and is a member of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity. Streelman"s first year on the Professional Golf Association Tour was 2008, after he finished 14th at the 2007 qualifying school.
Career
Streelman turned professional in 2001. He played college golf at Duke with fellow Professional Golf Association Tour member Leif Olson. He has kept his place on Tour every year since then, through 2014.
He tied for the lead after the first round of the United States. Open in 2008, and entered the top 100 of the Official World Golf Ranking for the first time in March 2009.
In his 153rd Professional Golf Association Tour start in March 2013, Streelman gained his first victory at the Tampa Bay Championship. Streelman set a Professional Golf Association Tour record by closing out his final round with seven consecutive birdies.
