Before Os Maias (2001 television series), they had worked together in Lavoura Arcaica (To the left of the father) (2001), a film directed by Luiz Fernando Carvalho, based on novel of the same name by Raduan Nassar. His most recent movies are O Veneno da Madrugada, Cabra Cega, Corpo, Não Por Acaso and Getúlio.
