His previous clubs include Mladost Podgorica, Budva, Levadiakos and Hapoel Be"er Sheva. OFK Beograd On September 5, 2012, it was announced that Grbić joined OFK Beograd in a six-month loan. After a great half-season with the Serbian team, the loan deal was extended to June 2013.
FK On July 13, 2013, it was announced that Grbić joined FK on loan.
Since January, 2014, Grbić became full-time player of due to being part of the transfer which sent Marko Šćepović to Olympiacos. He made his debut for the Montenegro national team in 2011.
