She currently plays for Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Wich began her career at SV Höfles/Vogtendorf. She then moved to Télégraphie Sans Fil Theisenort followed by SV Reitsch.
She made her debut in the German under 15 national team on 29 August 2005 and scored three goals against Scotland.
She scored three goals in her first season. After the season she moved to Potsdam.
In 62 games for Potsdam she scored 27 times. In June 2011 she announced her transfer to Hamburg.
