Career
He has played in Estonian Meistriliiga for Flora Tallinn and was on loan to Sampdoria Primavera. Sweden
On 27 December 2010 he signed a deal with Allsvenskan club Norrköping. In July 2011, he was loaned out to Division 1 side Sylvia.
He need just ten minutes to score his first goal when he came on as a substitute in the second half in the debut match for the club against Motala AIF. In December 2013, he joined Swedish Division 1 side Trelleborg.
Return to Estonia
Tamm returned to Estonia in 2015 and joined Tulevik Viljandi. On 22 June 2015 he signed for Flora Tallinn.
In June 2011, he was called up to Estonia to face Chile and Uruguay. He was one of eight players that debuted against Chile on 19 June 2011, when the team lost 0–4.
