Career
He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Mets and Milwaukee Brewers. Centeno was called up to the majors for the first time on September 9, 2013. He made his major league debut on September 18, 2013 against the San Francisco Giants, going 2 for 4 with two singles, and his first career Reserve Bank of India. In 2015, after C Jonathan Lucroy was injured, Juan was called up to Milwaukee.
He would be sent down to American Automobile Association Colorado Springs when Lucroy returned.
On November 30th, Centeno signed a minor league deal with the Twins.
