Career
Born in Jesenice, Kocjan represented Slovenia in the Men"s Road Race at the 2010 UCI Road World Championships. Kocjan joined Team SmartStop for the 2014 season, after his previous team – Euskaltel–Euskadi – folded at the end of the 2013 season.
