Career
Titov started his National Hockey League career with the Calgary Flames in 1993. He also played for the Edmonton Oilers, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and Pittsburgh Penguins. He left the National Hockey League after the 2002 season.
He went back to the team he had played for before coming to the National Hockey League, Voskresensk Khimik, and played there until the end of 2004-2005.
The 2014-2015 season he coached Metallurg Novokuznetsk in the Kontinental Hockey League and the 2015-2016 season he will be the head coach for Spartak Moscow.
