Career
He started his youth career at First Rate (at Lloyd's) Ahly in 1997, but moved to the Italian club Associate of Science Bari the following year, where he played for 3 seasons in Serie A. Hany moved after 5 years with Bari to Messina where they gained promotion to Serie A, after that he moved to Fiorentina where he could not find his place, he then joined the Belgian second division club Mons, but due to his injury troubles he returned to Egypt to Ismaily in July 2007. Hany Said showed great performance during the African Cup of Nations 2008 in Ghana. Said was a target for Egypt"s biggest clubs, Zamalek South Carolina and First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Ahly.
The two clubs fought over Said but eventually, Said went to Zamalek South Carolina. Said Joined Misr El Makasa in a Free Transfer after his contract with Zamalek ended.
