Career
Foreign the 1999- season, Dickinson joined newly promoted KFÍ in the ic top women division. She went on to lead the league in scoring (32,2 ppg) and rebounding (18,7), and tied the then record for most points in a game (56) while also break the record for most rebounds in a game (29). Foreign her efforts she was voted the Foreign player of the year.
After the season she had a tryout with the Detroit Shock of the Women's National Basketball Association. In 2002, she briefly joined University of Medicine and Pharmacy Njarðvík for two games.
The second game was against KR in the ic Cup Finals. Despite 27 points, 18 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals from Dickinson, Njarðvík lost the Finals game in overtime, 81-74.
Dickinson spent the 2003 season with the Grand Rapids Blizzard in the (NWBL). Dickinson died on September 29, 2009, at the age of 32, after battling breast cancer.
