In 1992 he became a Public Prosecutor and was recognized for his good service and citizenship for 3 decades. He was also a Professor at FEU-FERN and taught Legal and Judicial Ethics, Criminal Law and Civil & Criminal Procedure.
He recently retired from service in 2008 and now works as a private practitioner in his Law Office (Lofranco Law Office).
In April 2010, he came back to serve the government as a of a Commissioner in NAPOLCOM.
