She appeared in the Hindi film Mickey Virus and participated in the Indian reality television show Bigg Boss. She has a brother named, Konstantin Avramidis. Avram has done some acting projects in Sweden, including 2008 crime drama romance movie, Förbjuden Frukt, where she played the role of Selen - the lead character"s teen girlfriend.
The movie was set against a backdrop of violent crime, where she falls in love with a boy with a criminal background.
She also appeared on the Swedish television series Gomorron Sverige. In 2010, Avram participated in the Mission Greece beauty contest.

Before her Bollywood debut, Avram had formal training in Hindi pronunciation.

At age 17, Avram became the member of Pardesi Dance Group in Sundbyberg and gave dance performances all over Scandinavia, primarily of Bollywood songs.
