Career
1982–1986 studies of piano and choir conducting at the Tallinn Music High School (Music College) in Tallinn
1986–1993 studies of choir conducting with Professor Ants Üleoja and orchestra conducting with Peeter Lilje at the Tallinn Conservatoire (later renamed as the Estonian Academy of Music)
1992–1994 studies of orchestra conducting at the Latvian Academy of Music with Paul Mägi
Since August 1994 working as a conductor in the Estonian National Opera
July 1991 participation in the Interpretation Course in Stuttgart led by John Eliot Gardiner
February–March 1997 improving of operatic knowledge at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with Professor Mauritz Sillem
In 1999 and 2001 semi-finalist in the International Conductor"s Competition in Besançon
January 2000 formed the 21st Century Orchestra in Tallinn in Estonia and is its conductor.
Since 2001 the Artistic Director of Klaudia Taev Competition for Young Singers
Since 2005 the Artistic Director of Pärnu International Opera Music Festival (PromFest).
