Chambers was born in Florida and began dancing when she was only three years old.

There she studied with and was a member of the Atrium Dance Company directed by Christine Grogis. They later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where Chambers attended North Atlanta High School and where she continued her dance education at Warners studio (owned by the mother of well-known dancer Lorey Warner).
Chambers is best known for her roles in the films White Chicks (2004) and Epic Movie (2007). She has also been featured in Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002), Breakin" All the Rules (2004), Bring lieutenant On Again (2004) and The Cutting Edge: Going for the Gold (2006). Her television appearances include Las Vegas, All of Us, The Game, Eve, and Psychology.
She is also featured on Trina and Tamara"s video What"d You Come Here Foreign?, Ne-Yo"s video "Mad".
