Career
Way was recognized as a consensus All-American halfback at Penn State University in 1920 and an All-Pro for the Frankford Yellow Jackets in 1924. Way coached football at the University of Dayton and Virginia Technology He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Penn State University in 1921 and had a long career with the Internal Revenue Service following his playing days.
He lived in Thorndale, Pennsylvania until his death at age 90.
