Career
She was President of the Norwegian Association for Women"s Rights from 1968 to 1972. She succeeded Eva Kolstad and was succeeded by Kari Skjønsberg. She earned the candidate.oecon. degree in 1938 and was employed as a civil servant in the central government administration.
She also served as a United Nations development expert in Bangladesh from 1962 to 1964.
