Career
Nuñez played American Automobile Association minor soccer with Montreal-Concordia from U13 to U18 where he received the Ballon d’Or Trophy from the Quebec Elite Soccer League. Nuñez signed his first professional contract with Football Club Lyn Oslo in July 2006. But he didn"t feature in a single match due to visa problems.
Which resulted in him remaining four months with the club
In 2007 Nuñez signed with newly expansion Toronto Football Club where he didn"t play a single match in the regular season. But played 13 games for the Toronto Football Club reserve team, where he tallied one assist against the New England Revolution reserve squad.
The following season Nuñez was released from Toronto Football Club and signed with the Montreal Impact of the USL First Division. Soon after he signed with the Impact he was loaned to the Trois-Rivières Attak.
Nuñez helped the Attak claim the club"s first National Division title, and reached the final of the Computer Science Laboratory Cup, where once again the Attak were defeated by Serbian White Eagles which ended in 2-2 draw and decided through penalties by a score of 2-1.
During February 2009, Nuñez joined Bohemian F.C. of Dublin on trial, with hopes of signing a contract with the League of Ireland club As of February 28, 2009 there has been no word on his trial was successful or not. After releasing from his club Trois-Rivières Attak the farm team of the Montreal Impact signed in summer 2009 for the Carabins.
Nuñez was part of the Canada U-20 men"s national soccer team, which took part in the 2007 Fédération internationale de football association World Youth Championship.
Played the first two games against Chile and Austria. He played futsal by the QCSL World Cup 2010.
