He has appeared in several television shows as minor recurring or regular roles and is known for his role as Clyde Langer in the Doctor Who spin-off programme The Sarah Jane Adventures. His television roles include JJ in EastEnders, Lex Keavey in Doctors, and Danny in As the Bell Rings. He appeared in The Sarah Jane Adventures as Clyde Langer from 2007 to 2011.
Anthony also played Delong in Big Finish Audio: Wirrn Dawn.
This role gave him unique status. He was the first British Broadcasting Corporation Wales series regular to have participated in a Big Finish production only after their DWU debut.
Anthony voiced Will Parry in the British Broadcasting Corporation Radio 4 production of the His Dark Materials trilogy. He has appeared on the West End in several musicals, including The Lion King as young Simba, and in Oliver! at the London Palladium.
He has recently appeared as Kez in the BBC3 drama Dis/Connected, about a young girl committing suicide and the impact it has on her friends.
He also made a brief appearance as a thug in the 2009 Independent Television drama Demons episode "Smitten". Anthony played the character Jack in the 2010 British Broadcasting Corporation film Rules of Love. He appeared in Casualty from 2013 to 2014 playing regular character, Jamie Collier, the nephew of already established character Jeff.
