Nada qualified for the men"s 100 m butterfly at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, by clearing a FINA B-standard entry time of 54.48 from the Pan Arab Games in Cairo. He challenged seven other swimmers on the second heat, including multiple-time Southeast Asian Games medalist Daniel Bego of Malaysia. He raced to a sixth-place tie with Saudi Arabia"s Bader First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Muhana in 55.59 seconds.
Nada failed to advance into the semifinals, as he placed sixty-first overall in the preliminaries.
